Grand Design Tawny Ireland 6*M, a 2019 doe by Grand Design Bugle Boy +B (LA 04-05 86 VV+) and out of Saada Princess Marney Mac 5*M (LA 05-07 VVE+).

Tawny is a tall, substantial, old-style doe with excellent extention of fore udder, very good udder balance in profile, a gentle disposition with people, and no kidding issues. Her udder is uneven and her teats are bulbous, but her udder texture is good (photos are from her first freshening; my mother with carpal tunnel has been able to milk her for years). Tawny appraised 03-05 86 (V+VV). She is not a heavy producer, averaging 6.5 lbs per day, but she was awarded her milk star. She keeps weight well, has good feet, and I cannot stress enough how gentle she is with people. She's been hand milked her whole life and is currently in milk, having freshened on Jan 31 with twins.
